The MINOTAUR DISTORTION pedal is a 2 stage distortion pedal with optional clipping diodes. The BOOST knob controls the level of the first gain stage, while GAIN controls the second stage. The switch in the center switches between Silicon and Germanium clipping as well as a BYPASS mode to forgo the soft or hard clipping. This pedal can achieve high gain while forgoing excessive noise.
The MIDAS BOOST pedal allows for up to 32 dB of clean, transparent boost that won’t color your guitar’s natural tone or squash your picking dynamics. The voltage boost circuit gives you plenty of headroom. This can also be used as a direct box for recording your guitar direct in or to push a signal through a long chain of effects. If you just want to push your tubes to natural distortion, well you are covered there too.
